In order to tap the full potential of T-Mobile’s most valuable customers, Standpunkt Kommunikation has been tasked with aligning B2B communications across all channels and to efficiently support sales since 1999.
Efficient communications with B2B customers and T-Mobile’s various distribution channels are the critical success factors of our strategy. By addressing both target group segments, the overall strategic approach was applied successfully at national and regional level.
By applying dialogue-driven measures, all target groups within the corporate segment were successfully addressed using direct marketing measures, intensive online communications and print advertising. Tools to promote customer loyalty as well as to gain new clients and sales-supporting measures were developed.
In the seven years of cooperation Standpunkt Kommunikation has pushed many things including one of the most successful direct marketing campaigns of the “T-Group” (response rate >30%) as well as establishing the T-Mobile newsletter “UpDate” and developing, programming and supporting the central sales information portal “Sales Portal Business” with 3,000 users and creating the club for premium clients “Company Class”.
