Standpunkt Kommunikation ensures an optimum care of customers and installations at POS and puts together a fixed team of merchandisers. Customer and agency both value exclusivity and continuity in the staff planning. Apart from this regular visits and constant updates to the LG presence ensure quality and the success of the campaign.
Alongside the reinforcement of the brand image and customer loyalty with an optimized product presentation and efficient sales support at POS the campaign focuses on the quantitative and qualitative recording of all placed LG devices. Furthermore the PDAs make the comprehensive collection and update of customer data much easier.
Ten merchandisers, the “LG STARS“, are responsible for the continuous care of the LG POS presence across Germany. Their task is not only to check the positioning and refill advertising material but also as competent point of contact for retail.
The recording of all collected information (products, positioning and their prices in retail etc.) is made via a modern and convenient PDA, which is equipped according to the needs of the customer LG.
In order to guarantee acceptance amongst the merchandisers, the recording software is very user friendly. The software was designed so that the merchandiser is lead through the recording of all necessary data on the PDA step by step through the shop and can efficiently fulfill his tasks. Directly after the market visit the merchandiser synchronizes the results via data transfer with the Standpunkt Merchandising Portal. There the data is automatically processed by the system and the customer can see current reports as well as pictures of the POS presence in real.
Especially interesting: Each report can be analyzed in detail down to the individual attributes. Individual evaluations are enabled via dynamic filters. All reports can be shown graphically and also be used via export formats for other applications.
