Brand and Communication Strategy - Collineo Asset Management GmbH

The Company

Collineo Asset Management GmbH, which was founded in 2004, is a financial services provider for institutional investors in the domestic and overseas markets. The core business is consulting for innovative capital market products, especially in the areas of syndication, asset backing and risk trading. Collineo is a subsidiary of the Hypo Public Finance Bank and thus belongs to the Hypo Real Estate Group – one of the largest European providers of commercial property funding.

Challenge

Design of a positioning for the Collineo brand as market leader taking into account the competition and development of a communication strategy and communication measures.

The central objectives were: to establish Collineo as a brand, increasing brand awareness, driving the international company positioning and increasing customer loyalty.


Strategy

Within the positioning and competitive analysis Standpunkt Kommunikation designed the communicative presence, the new brand image of Collineo and the leading idea of “Collineo – Building Profits“.


Implementation

With the creative approach “That special something“ we illustrate Collineos “uniqueness“, showing how Collineo provides its service and differentiates itself from other asset managers. We show this through descriptive stills: if Collineo was one object of many it could be recognised immediately because it always stands out from the crowd, characterised by its green house colour.

The following communication measures were developed: Mail campaigns, image brochures, adverts, Internet presence, PDF newsletter, PR, events.
